We deliver same day locally around Rye and surrounding areas directly from Café des Fleurs as well as anywhere in the UK mainland via next day courier service. As an associate member of the e-florist relay service we can also arrange delivery on the same day nationally via a florist local to the recipient. Delivery times on international orders vary but through e-florist we can send flowers worldwide.
Same Day Local Delivery
Orders for local deliveries must be placed by 3.00pm to guarantee same day delivery. Where orders are received after 3.00pm, we will do our best to arrange same day delivery but cannot give any guarantee.
Delivery to Rye town centre is free but delivery charges will apply to surrounding areas.
Same Day Nationwide Delivery
Orders for nationwide deliveries must be placed by 1.00pm to guarantee same day delivery. Where orders are received after 1.00pm, we will do our best to arrange same day delivery but cannot give any guarantee.
For same day nationwide deliveries, a relay charge of £7.95 will apply.
International delivery charges will vary by country so please telephone to place an order for delivery overseas.
Next Day Nationwide Delivery
Orders can be sent from our shop direct to any address on the UK mainland for next day delivery via our courier service. Orders must be placed by 11.30am for next day delivery and a delivery charge of £7.95 will apply.
International Deliveries
Several countries, particularly within Europe, will accept same day deliveries if orders are placed before 1pm, however, there are some that have a 48-hour minimum delivery notice. On all funeral orders 2 working days notice is required to any international destination. We therefore recommend that you call us to find out the delivery times for your required destination prior to submitting your order.
Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers & plants, any complaints will be dealt with at the discretion of our staff and, in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your flowers, where possible, replacement flowers will be provided in exchange but only for complaints received within 5 days of delivery.
Any products other than fresh flowers may be returned within 28 days with a receipt and a full refund will be given, providing the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Cancellations of deliveries within 12 hours of the agreed delivery time may be charged for if the flowers have already been prepared. When making deliveries, Cafe des Fleurs will endeavour to ensure that the recipient receives the flowers in the timescale agreed and in person, however, this is not always possible and deliveries may sometimes be left with a neighbour however in all instances a notice will be placed through the door of the recipient to advise of their delivery. Cafe des Fleurs cannot refund any monies in respect of non-receipt due to incorrect delivery information or if the recipient is not at home to receive the flowers i.e. because they are on holiday, etc.
